With great humility we’re marching forward into great podcast abyss hoping to spread a little workflow love.  Here in our inaugural episode we talk with Kai Pradel, the guy who originally came up with the Workflow Junkies concept, how it all came to be and the company he’s dedicated to improving video collaboration workflow (MediaSilo, Inc).

Turns out, as we prepared for this podcast we found many creative pros suffer the same workflow issues over and over.  In this episode Dan and Kai talk about some of their most frustrating workflow logjams and how they’ve overcome them.  From casting to client collaboration we talk about tools and techniques to streamline the way we do what we do.
